Where Passion Meets Purpose
It all begins with an idea. Fire and Ice Track Club is more than just a track team — we’re an up and coming community built on dedication, discipline, and the desire to grow. Whether your child is lacing up their first pair of spikes or aiming for college recruitment, we provide the tools, coaching, and encouragement they need to reach their full potential.
Our club is sanctioned by USA Track and Field (USATF). USATF is the United States governing body for track and field. Coaches are certified through USATF.
Our Mission
We’re here to help young athletes discover their strengths, build resilience, and fall in love with track and field — all while learning valuable lessons that will carry them far beyond the finish line.
“Train with Fire. Compete with Ice.”
Let’s ignite their potential and sharpen their focus — on the track and in life.
Our Goal
We proudly serve young athletes ages 7 to 18, offering age-appropriate training programs that focus on developing core athletic fundamentals such as speed, agility, strength, and coordination. As athletes grow within the program, we introduce specialized track and field training across sprints, distance, hurdles, and jumps— tailored to their individual goals and abilities. Beyond physical development, we foster a supportive environment that encourages sportsmanship, discipline, and perseverance, helping each athlete build a lifelong love for the sport and a strong foundation for success both on and off the track.
Athlete Development by Age Group
At Fire and Ice Track Club, we provide a progressive training approach for athletes ages 7 to 18, ensuring each age group receives the right balance of skill development, competition, and character building. All athletes are different so goals and approaches to development will be modified to maximize their potential.

Guidelines on competing under the club
In order to compete in a USATF and/or AAU sanctioned meet, you will need to have a membership with that organization. This membership will be for a youth membership. You can find the registration to those memberships at:
USATF:https://www.usatf.org/home/top-utility-nav-content/membership
The USATF member registration is valid for a calendar year and will have to be renewed every year that your athletes competes in a USATF sanctioned meet. When you register, it will give you the option to affiliate with our club. Our club number is 32-10695. You do not have to register with the club right away, coaches can add your athlete at a later date, we would just need your USATF member number.
And for an AAU youth membership it would last from September 1st to August 31st or you can get a two year membership lasting for two years that is slightly more money. Club is in the process of registering with AAU, so AAU club affiliation details to come!
A meet schedule will be sent out to parents and athletes at the beginning of the season. Going and competing at any/all meets are not required. It is just an extra opportunity to allow your kids to get some competition outside the club members and see how they are developing as athletes.
All meets will be registered through Athletic.net. Meets typically charge a flat fee per event or athlete. That fee can range from $7 to $40. The meet fee per event can be sent to coaches directly and we will register your athletes into the meet. We would need that meet fee by the registration deadline so we could register your athlete. Athletic.net does offer a free account if you would like to register. This account would allow you to see results, register for meets, claim athletes, and associate with our club. Our club team code is: NW2GXHGU8.
